Dear God/Goddess, thank you for continuing to be there for me How can I best use my mind, it seems it is more of a problem than a help?
Dear Sweet Child,Thank your mind for working hard. Ask the mind to be used for going over the things that you want to take care of, like scheduling, preparing for the day, and many of the details it takes care of in a day. Appreciate the minds ability to assist you with these things. Now ask the mind to delegate to your Inner Source, the Universe, the things that the mind worries about. Allow it to know that it has the most amazing miraculous team to create what you would want, and the key to having this Universe to assist you, is first by asking them, then thankig them, and finally letting go of worrying about getting it.
That’s easier said than done, often I forget to ask, but when I do, it still seems harder to just let go and trust.
Hasn’t there been a situation where an actual person has taken over a difficult situation for you, and made something work right? Trusting them is like trusting, and allowing and being confident that the amazingly capable Universe will do it also.. It gets done in the easiest and most efficient way. There are times when it is good to allow your mind to take care of things. We are counting on your mind to assist you, for we will signal you to take care of some of the details when you feel our prompting. But if you feel your mind worrying and feeling anxious and uncomfortable, then ask yourself, “is there something right now that can be done in regards to the situation you are thinking about?” If it is yes, then see if it can get done. And see if you can be please that there is something you can give your mind and body to do. Another tip is to see if you can do it with enthusiasm and joy, even if it is difficult and uncomfortable, for doing it with enthusiasm can give the action some juice to make it work well, and give it a vibration that infuses it with our assistance.
Also, ask yourself at different times during the day, “is this the best use of my time? And am I in the state of mind and feeling that I want to be in?” Don’t get anxious about it, for that defeats the purpose, just take a moment and tune into your feelings, especially when you feel a drop in vibration.
Then ask yourself, “is there some better thoughts I could be having, and is there something that would make me feel better if I did it now? And if there isn’t anything at this moment that can be done, then that is when it is very important to ask for help from the Universe. After that, thank your Universe and all your angels, and all who are assisting you to take care of the things you are worring about, The feeling of relief from letting it be in the hands of the Universe, and all that includes, is the first step, and then the feeling of appreciation is the second, then the third, is letting go of, and feeling what it will be like when it will all taken care of or when you receive what you are wanting
